Crest Ultrasonics has taken its 35+ years of industrial ultrasonic cleaning experience and applied that technology to its table top line of ultrasonic firearm cleaners.

Crest Ultrasonics is the only manufacturer that uses industrial stack transducers, 'Sweep Frequency' power generators, adjustable heat, all stainless steel construction, and non-hazardous chemicals, in a table top system. This combination of features provides you with an extremely active tank that has no dead or hot spots resulting in maximum cleaning capability for heavy duty use.

This technology also allows the user to clean and lubricate the field-stripped only firearms rapidly without using hazardous solvents or oils. Night sights, rubber grips and plastic frames are not affected by the unique process. Firearms and Component manufactures including TRIJICON, INC., D.P.M.S., OLIN CORP. WINCHESTER DIV., SPRINGFIELD INC., SMITH & WESSON, U.S. ORDNANCE, and H&K, INC. are currently using Crest Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems and GLOCK INC. has deemed the Crest Ultrasonic Cleaning System compatible with their firearms. ChemCrest 235 cleaning concentrate is a mild alkaline based cleaner with rust inhibitor. When mixed with water it is nearly odourless. Guns are cleaned at approximately 125 degrees F and then rinsed with hot water. The parts the dry off rapidly before being lubricated ultrasonically using ChemCrest 400L lubricant, an odourless petroleum distillate, that lubricates and protects firearm parts whilst effectively removing moisture. Approximately 500 firearms can be cleaned with one gallon of CC235 cleaning concentrate making it the most efficient cleaner available on the market today. On multiple firearm cleaning operations, actual output is increased many times over hand cleaning with the parts restored to a uniform standard of factory new cleanliness. There are 12 standard kits to choose from, each containing all the required accessories and ample chemicals (cleaner and lubricant).

In addition to firearm cleaning and lubrication systems we also have available kits that will clean and disinfect handcuffs, clean disinfect and decontaminate SCBA(self contained breathing apparatus) and clean communications equipment. Crest can also build custom systems for any need including fully automated computer controlled systems.
